The Heart of My Practice
I began my therapy career as an in-home intervention therapist, working with families affected by chronic stress and trauma. This experience highlighted how neurodivergent and highly-sensitive individuals often face additional challenges due to insufficient support and accommodations. Because of this, I now focus on providing tailored therapy for burnt-out and neurodivergent clients in a sensory-mindful and inclusive manner. My approach is designed to address your unique needs and foster a supportive environment where you can reconnect with yourself and find meaningful relief.
I recognize the profound impact of chronic stress and trauma on individuals; therefore my approach is grounded in empathy for each client's unique life experiences. I value the importance of ensuring each client receives a personalized approach to therapy that addresses their uniqueness, because therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
